How do we finance ourselves if the consultations are free?

The primary aim of our business model is alignment between our own and our client's interests so as to foster mutually beneficial long-term cooperation.

In the case of consultations for tailor-made AI solutions you are provided with one or consecutive consultations free of charge until we make sure that such solution would be both technically feasible and appropriate for your business. At that point we prepare an offer and you can choose whether to accept the offer and move forward with the proposed tailor-made solution.

When it comes to AI solutions brokerage consultations are also free with a difference that in the end we are not presenting you with any offer from our side but are presenting you with what we see as the best fit from our partner network. If, afterwards, a contract is concluded between you and the partner firm we will receive compensation from the partner firm exclusively.

Will I owe you any money for consultations if I back down at some point?

No. You are able to back down at any point until a contact is signed either with us for a tailor-made AI solution or one of our partners in case you go for the brokerage option.

We will also be happy to continue working with you in order to find the suitable alternative.

Can I ever be retroactively charged for a consultation?

No. Never mind what was discussed during the consultations they are always free of charge.

Paid consultations are only possible upon client's special request and an agreement is always made in advance.

What is the main difference between you and the traditional consulting firms?

We are stripping AI from all the unnecessary technical terms to make sure you understand what you are getting and we focus on using our expertise to really help your business instead of lecturing you on the implications of the 5th industrial revolution and then asking ChatGPT to write a report (if it happened to a government in Australia imagine what happens to a business client) that we will charge hundreds of thousands for.

Are all consultations online?

Yes. Unless a special agreement is made, all consultations are done online.

Are all consultations limited to 30 minutes?

Of course not, they can last longer if need be.

Is it possible to have a consultation to go over both tailor-made and partner solution possibility?

Yes. If you are not sure whether you'd like a tailor-made AI solution or one of the of the shelf partner solutions we'd be happy to discuss both and proceed in a way that best suits your needs.

Do I need to have any specific technical knowledge about AI?

Absolutely not. We are here to simplify and demystify everything so you would have a clear picture of what it would mean for your business to implement a certain solution.

Why is the team called ''Core Team'' on the homepage?

We have connections among experts from varying fields and in certain cases we consult with them on certain topics.

Is there a fixed number of free consultations for each of the two options (tailor-made or brokerage solutions)?

No. There are always as many as it takes to ensure client is completely satisfied with the end-result but the actual number can vary significantly depending on the type of the business, complexity of the case, end-goal, etc.

How do you choose partners for the brokerage?

First and foremost we do not make any compromise when it comes to the performance so we are only working with those firms that in our opinion provide optimal solutions for certain use cases. Of course, we are also taking into account the economic part of the equation and we only partner up with firms whose pricing is far below the added value those solutions can bring to a business.

What prevents you from proposing a sub-optimal solution provider?

Best partnerships are those based on interests that are completely aligned and because of this we insist on an incentive structure between us and our partner firms that ensures best possible outcomes for our clients. One part of the story is that you as a client will never pay us for our service nor will you pay more to the partner firm than if you came to them directly and not through us.

Furthermore, we have standing agreements with the partner firms never to be paid a lump sum when client signs up with them, instead we get a small % of their monthly or quarterly or annual revenue from the client. In other words, best possible outcome for us is to truly propose the optimal partner solution because, in case we would not do that, you would simply stop working with the partner firm shortly after you have signed up and we would get next to nothing; whereas, if we propose something that really brings value to your business, you will continue working with the partner firm and we will continue generating revenue.

Why can't I find a list of all of your partner firms?

This is done on purpose because this informational asymmetry ensures our clients get the best possible deals as those companies do not know who they are competing against thus they are incentivized to make the best offers they can.

What is informational asymmetry?

Economists use this fancy term to explain something quite simple - one side knows something the other side doesn't.

Is there a possibility none of the firms from the partner network would work for me?

Yes. In certain extraordinary cases there is no adequate solution or it would not be economically viable to deploy one.

The alternative can be to go for our tailor-made solution or to keep in touch with us so if we manage to find a proper solution for you we would let you know.

Can AI get anything done?

Not really. AI is incredibly useful for certain purposes and completely useless for some other. One of the main reasons we prove to be crucial in our clients AI powered growth is exactly the fact that we are able to clearly distinguish between the two and both suggest where AI can provide an immense added value and where investing in AI would not make any sense.

Will AI that works very well today work for sure in the future?

There is no guarantee that will be the case. Only the change is permanent; for the AI itself, your business, and the business environment. This is why we do not see our work with our clients as an one-off project but rather as a long-term cooperation where we are constantly there to help.

Can AI work on its own?

Yes and no. If AI is integrated into your business in a right manner it can do wonders on its own once everything is set up properly but if it is not it will be a waste of money and cause of endless frustration. This is why we don't care if something sounds great on a paper but want to make sure that both our own and our partner solutions work in practice for your business in particular.

Can I have consultations on multiple separate topics?

Of course. For the sake of efficiency and clarity during a single series of consultations we like to stick to a clearly defined goal (or a set of interconnected goals) but you can schedule multiple consultations on multiple topics and move forward with all of them in the same time or consecutively.

Is it possible to have a consultation without having a clear goal in mind from the beginning?

Of course. We can go over your business and then we can suggest where we believe AI could have highest positive impact.

Can I send you information or documents to analyze before the initial consultation?

Most certainly so; feel free to email us anything you would like us to go over before our first consultation.

What is your data handling policy?

We will never share your data with anyone including any of the partner firms without your explicit consent.

We are gathering metadata to help us get a better understanding of general trends but we always make sure that any general conclusion can't ever be reverse engineered in a way that leads to identification of any individual clients.

You can also request at any point of time for your personal data to be modified or deleted.
